TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASING TICKETS ON THE CAERHAYS WEBSITE

Acceptance of terms

In entering our website and purchasing tickets you are accepting our terms and conditions.  If you are not agreeable to any of the terms and conditions, you should not use this service.

When purchasing tickets via the online booking system you are responsible for making all payments due.   You will receive from us email confirmation of your purchase.   The confirmation is sent to the email address which you provide at the time of making your booking.  Contact us if you do not receive your confirmation email within 48hrs.  The email confirmation will serve as proof of payment for your entry ticket.  You must bring the email confirmation with you to gain entry.  Please check your confirmation is correct as soon as you receive it.  Contact us immediately if your confirmation is incorrect.  Tickets are issued subject to availability.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking via the PayPal payment gateway.

All prices include VAT @ 5% until the 12th January 2021 thereafter the VAT will increase to 20%.

Payments can be made by any recognised credit or debit card except Diners Card, American Express and Solo.

Payments will be taken before the confirmation is sent.

Tickets are not for resale.

Once purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless Caerhays Castle and Gardens are forced to close due to extreme weather conditions or other unprecedented issues.

Access to the Website

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that this site is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Liability

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this site is accurate, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use this site, or any information contained in it, or from any action or decision taken as a result of using this site or any such information.

All persons attending Caerhays House and Gardens shall do so entirely at their own risk and the Estate shall incur no liability whatsoever for any damage to the property of or injury to any person howsoever caused.

All persons visiting the House and Gardens shall be strictly liable for any damage which they cause to the premises and their contents.

The content of our website including all written, photographic and design content together with our selection and arrangement of it, are our copyrighted property or of businesses who have granted us the right to use it. All rights reserved.

None of the photographs or other material on this website may be used without our written permission.  Individuals may of course download, print, or copy material for their own non-commercial use.
